Announcing The Gracious Hosts of This Year's 'Go Ahead Honey It's Gluten Free!'

When I asked for hosts willing to take on a month of the gluten free blogging event, Go Ahead Honey it's Gluten Free!, I hardly expected the veritable flood of offers that came in. Thank you everyone who commented, offered to host and made suggestions - I'm sorry that I didn't have enough months for everyone. I will open up the bidding again in the spring for next year's mêlée.

Hosting this month is the ebullient Shirley Braden of Gluten Free Easily with the fantastic theme, 'Make Me a Happy Camper'. Her post really makes me wish that the sun was shining and I was under canvas. I have tried to drag out the portable barbeque several times in the last week and each time it's poured with rain - not a happy camper then? I hope you have more success with your entries!

Below is a list of confirmed hosts for the coming year. If there are any mistakes, let me know asap and I'll fix them.

August 2009 Kim Hopkins of The Food Allergy Coach, with the theme - Chill Out! - foods served cold.

September 2009 Katrina Morales of Gluten Free Gidget, with the theme - Dinner With Disney

October 2009 Heather Collins of Life Gluten Free, with the theme - Pumpkin Treats

November 2009 Elana Amsterdam of Elana's Pantry, with the theme - Grain Free Cakes

December 2009 Trish of Kinda Real Gluten Free Food, with the theme  - Holiday Cookies

January 2010 Laura of Mouthgasmic, with the theme - Stews From Around the World

May 2010 Tracee Gunter of Mrs Ed's Research and Recipes, with the theme - You Say 'Jelly', I Say 'Jello'

If you don't do anything else this year check out some of these fantastic and wide ranging blogs - all drawn together by the need to be gluten or grain free.

I look forward to the round up of this month's event in the next few days and will join you all for something chilled (does prosecco count?) over at the food allergy coach.
